Ash X’ Connor
Don’t let her age fool you. Ash is wise beyond her years. In fact, she believes she was born in the wrong decade. She is a hopeless romantic and a sucker for a good story line. Her dream is to one day own a bed and breakfast or inn in New Orleans or Metairie, Louisiana, as she adores the thriving culture of her home state and the diversity of its people.
As a writer, she feels that author’s view the world and feel emotions on an entirely different level than the rest of the world. She believes, it is this alternate perspective that allows writers to turn words into beautiful worlds that can whisk you away from reality.
She loves to run when she needs to clear her head, drinks too many mocha frappes and smokes too many cigarettes. She enjoys looking for the beauty that is sometimes overlooked by most people. Music is her therapy and if you take this journey with her, you will find that her writing is ever evolving. Her first works are deliciously dark and twisted, but her new found acceptance of who she is has allowed to bring light and beauty to her passion for writing.
Ash’s words to live by: Anything is possible if you allow yourself to believe—no mountain is to high to climb.
Casse Narome is the alter-ego of a self-proclaimed awesome weirdo who spent her childhood reading and daydreaming. As an adult that is also how she spends her time only now she writes her daydreams down for everyone to read. Casse is never serious, has been accused of wishing her life was a sitcom, laugh track and all, has a bad habit off talking out loud to herself and she is fine with being a little insane.
She spends way too much time online, too much money buying books and laughing at her own jokes. You will find her on Twitter being very random and spewing her opinions. When you see her online, tell her to get back to her writing! Or just engage her in a hilarious random conversation.
She blogs book reviews and the adventures of being a writer at

K.D. Montgomery spent her younger years living in daydreams. She created adventure where there was none and she traveled to new worlds daily (but was always forced to come back in time for dinner). She began to chronicle her epic journeys with monsters under kitchen tables and goblins stuck in bathtubs, and she soon realized that as much as she loved to imagine, she equally loved to write. As the years passed, she was instructed to grow under the cliché that she should always keep her feet planted on the ground, so she did, and firmly locked her stories away, until at last forgetting that that part of her ever existed. When she became a mother, the fire of her imagination and her love of storytelling was rekindled, as she began to explore the world with her children and remembered how to see the exceptional in the ordinary. She at last realized that keeping your feet on the ground was silly when there were so many more amazing places to be, so she began to write again.
Today, K.D. spends her days fighting ghosts out from closets and setting traps for tooth fairies with her five children, then spends her nights traveling far past the stars to other worlds, constantly in search of the new adventures that await her.

Monique O’Connor James
Monique is the mother of two beautiful children and lives in a small community outside of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She currently works full time as an insurance agent, but her favorite jobs are mother, wife, and author.
On her eighth birthday, her mother bought her a journal and said “write whatever you want, just write.” And so, a love affair with words was born. She wrote poetry and short stories in high school and college, until 1993 when her mother was diagnosed with breast cancer.
After her mother’s death in 1998, deep in depression, she found herself unable to write. Nine years passed, and only on rare occasion did she attempt to write, with no luck.
Finally, in 2007, under the urging of friends, she sat down and pecked out her first novel. It was raw and unpolished, but the process had been unquestionably cathartic. The next three years were spent filling her hard drive with seven complete manuscripts.
At the beginning of 2011, Monique decided it was time to edit the work and share it with the world. She hopes you enjoy the ramblings of a deeply southern girl raised in a state rich with heritage and love.

Sandi Bischoff lives in the historic town of Cornwall, NY with her extremely patient husband and teenage son, she affectionately calls the Demon. She is a Pharmacist by profession but found her true calling in a simple twist of fate. A friend approached her to write in a forum on a popular networking website. Over the next five years her passion had found its niche. She went on to compose a few poems and short stories which she would post on her homepage at the same networking site. From one of those short stories, her novel Beyond the Sun was born. She is currently working on her next novel and is very excited to share it with her readers.
In school I never read a book. I always read the inside cover or the back of the book when I did my book reports. I played ASA Softball up until my junior year in high school. That was the same year I met my husband and we have been together every since. We have two beautiful children with their own personalities. I love how they know who they are and they don’t let people dictate who they need to be. When did I start reading? I hate to sound like a broken recorder but after watching the twilight movie I went out and bought all four books. Then multiple series began rolling in after that. I never thought I would ever write a book and have people actually tell me how great it was. It’s an honor just to have someone read it.
I am a Paranormal/Fantasy Adult Romance Author
I’m twenty-eight years old, but will be twenty-nine in May. I am a Navy Wife and a mother of two. My daughter was born December 4, 2010 and my son was born July 18, 2013. My husband and I have been married for almost seven years, but we have been together since our junior year of high school and we have known each other since 8th grade, yes a long time.
I am a Florida girl at heart, but since getting married I have lived in Washington, South Carolina, and our latest move Connecticut. I hold a B.A. in Multimedia Journalism with a minor in Political Science from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida.
Writing is something I love and since I am blessed to be a stay at home mom I thought I would try my hand at getting the stories in my head out and see how far I could go. I tried a few years ago to go through a Literary Agency, but it went nowhere. The self-publishing market was just starting to get hot so I self-published two books mainly for family and friends. I then discovered the world of New Adult. I wanted to stick with my paranormal roots and began thinking up story ideas that took on not only a paranormal element, but a fantasy element as well
My Motto: Not your average Fairy Tales
So, that is me in a nutshell. I am a little crazy and simple and I love my life and my family. I’m thrilled to be part of the Bayou Brew Publishing Family.
Angela Fattig spent most of her childhood reading any book she could find. That’s when her passion of writing was born. When she was 10, she started writing short stories and poems and keep quite a collection.
In 1998 she met Paul and they have shared a life together for 15 years. In 1999 she introduced the world to her first born, Brandi, and again in 2000, Sarah.
Today, when she is not doing what she loves, writing, she spends time with her beautiful family and the addition of two dogs named Izzy and Herly.
Angela’s inspirations have always been Stephen King and Poe.
